Jasmine Sagginario the winner of Radio Disney's "Next Big Thing (NBT)" opened the show last night at the Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles, Ca. The event, hosted by Radio Disney, included performances by Jasmine, All Star Weekend, and Justin Bieber.
