BestWeekEver acquired a picture of Justin Bieber, 16, getting his tattoo at Son of a Gun tattoo parlor in Toronto, Canada, of a small bird on his hip. It's a Bieber family tradition as many of them have bird tattoos on their wrist. Do YOU think it's too young to get a tattoo at age 16?
