Zac Efron: Happy 23rd Birthday!

He’s got plenty to celebrate about his charmed life, and Zac Efron has one more thing to be thankful for today- turning 23 years old.

And while the “High School Musical” stud looks to have it all together, it seems he suffers from the tendency to be overly critical of himself.

Efron explained, "What do I think when I watch myself on screen? ‘My head is huge.’ I pick out every single flaw or thing I should have done better.”

He continued, "I cringe at first, but years down the road I'll be able to look back and appreciate what I've done - sometimes."
