Rebecca Black Gets Record Contract

Youtube star sensation, Rebecca Black has reportedly landed a record contract. TMZ reports that Black has signed a 5-song album deal.

Black told AP during an interview:

I don’t want to be known as the ‘Friday’ girl. Hopefully I can be known as Rebecca Black and not the ‘Friday’ girl. I want to be a performing artist. That’s what I’ve always wanted.
