Former Hannah Montana star Mitchel Musso has officially entered a not guilty plea this morning in his previously delayed arraignment on DUI charges stemming from a bust last October in which officers found his blood-alcohol level to be above 0.08 percent after pulling him over for failing to slow down near an unrelated traffic accident, reports E!
Mitchel did not enter the plea personally and was not present at the Burbank courthouse. If convicted, he could face a maximum of six months behind bars and a $1,000 fine. A pretrial status conference on the matter has been set for Feb. 10.
