Look at that arm! Zac Efron shows off his big triceps on the cover of the may issue of Men’s Health Magazine.

“Here’s a sneak peek at Zac Efron on the cover of our May issue, which hits newsstands on April 17. (By the way, you are the first ones to see this outside of our editorial team. Cool, right?)” the mag writes on Facebook, where the cover debuted.

The magazine is set to hit newsstands on April 16th. Zac has also been keeping busy promoting his new film ‘The Lucky One.’
